Stanislav 'Stan' Aleshin is a Senior Loan Officer with Cross Country Mortgage. Stan joined in 2022, bringing more than a decade of real estate industry experience specializing in loan origination, processing, and customer service.

Whether it’s financing the purchase of a townhouse or refinancing a cherished single-family home, Stan maintains unambiguous focus on designing home finance solutions that satisfy each individual client’s specific needs.

Stan has lived in and loved New York City since emigrating here from Moscow, Russia in 1990. He attended Brooklyn Technical High School and holds a bachelor’s degree in Management and Administration from City College of New York. Stan now resides in Brooklyn, NY and is an avid fan of the cinema and contemporary art.
