Julio Gesklin, President and CEO
Julio is a tooling mechanical engineer with more than 30 years of experience who is recognized as
one of the best in the industry.
Julio worked his way up from a full time tool and die apprentice in Argentina, through journeyman
and ultimately to Chief Tool Engineer at P. K. tool Manufacturing Company in Chicago in 1974. In 1978
Julio started his own company and through several mergers and acquisitions evolved as Chief Operating
Officer of Craftsman Custom Metals from 1990 to 1996, growing the company from $8MM to $30MM. In 1997
Flex Tek Components, Inc. purchased Craftsman and hired Julio as Executive Vice President of Engineering
and Technology. In 2001 Julio purchased the assets of Craftsman back from Flex Tek and resumed operations
as President and CEO. Julio has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from University of Buenos Aires in Argentina.

Larry Tarman, Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Larry Tarman, Vice President of Sales & Marketing, is responsible for driving new account revenue development, as well as deepening relationships with existing clients.
Larry brings more than 25 years of sales, management, and business strategy and customer solution experience to CCM.
Prior to joining CCM, Larry served as Senior Vice President of national sales for RR Donnelley, a Chicago-based full service provider of print and related services, including business process outsourcing.
While at Donnelley, Larry was responsible for delivering over $500 million in revenue through strategic sales and marketing initiatives. In total, Larry has spent almost 30 years in the services and manufacturing industries with much of it being in senior management and executive positions. He has built, directed and led sales, marketing, and education/training to achieve the sales goals of the organization.
A native Chicagoan, Larry earned his bachelor’s degree from Knox College in Galesburg, Illinois.

— James Crook, CFO
James has been with CCM since July of 2003 and oversees our Accounting/Finance, Purchasing, Human Resources,
Maintenance and MIS departments.
After receiving his BA in Accounting from Governors State University in 1989, Jim quickly landed a position
as cost accountant for a sheet metal fabricator. By 1996 he was the Financial Manager of that same company.
Also a CPA, Jim has over 15 years experience in accounting and financial management ---specifically with MRP
inventory control and manufacturing systems.

— Eric Siegal, New Business Development
Eric joins CCM as New Business Development. Eric has over 10 years sales and sales management experience in the sheet metal stamping and fabrication industry. He is certified in Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen training. Eric has experience selling as a tier 2 supplier to the Automotive Industry as well as, Telecommunication, Medical, Defense, Appliance, Gaming and Recreational Industries.

— Mark Cagle, Vice President of Operations
Mark Cagle has been a dedicated Craftsman employee since 2001. With over 25 years of experience in
Manufacturing and Quality, Mark manages the overall operations at CCM. Mark's background allows his
consideration in all facets of the company's direction, including Customer, Supplier and employee
relationships.
Mark is experienced with Six Sigma; the highly disciplined process of product design and function.
Mark is also a member of the American Society for Quality, and he is a Certified Quality Auditor and
ASQ-Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence.

— Evelio Almanza, Director of Cell Operations
Evelio has been with CCM for over 11 years after joining the company in 1997 and has a total of over 20 years of manufacturing and management experience.
Working in the cellular environment for over 10 years, Evelio has been certified in JIT, Kan Ban and Lean Manufacturing concepts. Evelio has succeeded in developing a workmanship certification program for the direct labor team to establish standards relating to organizational performance metrics.
Evelio strives to develop strong, direct relationships with his customers in an effort to provide the level of service and responsiveness that enables them to meet the needs of their organization.
Originally from Central Mexico, Evelio came to Chicago with his family in 1980 and attended college here in Chicago.

— Mike Beverley, Engineering Manager
Mike Mike has over 25 years experience in engineering and engineering management.
Mike's accomplishments at previous employment as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager include
implementation of new product introduction worldwide. Mike became a Certified Lean Expert and
implemented Lean Management philosophy at global facilities leading to increased shareholder value.
He also established and implemented ISO Quality Systems, Malcolm Baldridge and Illinois Lincoln Award
Quality Programs which led to being awarded the Illinois Lincoln Award for commitment to excellence and
progress towards excellence.

— Renee Pemberton, Purchasing Manager
Renee joined the CCM team in 2002 as the Receptionist.
As opportunities were presented, she became the Quality Analyst while assisting in Accounts Payable. In the beginning of 2004, with the faith of CCM’s leadership group behind her, Renee was brought into the Purchasing Department as the Purchasing Assistant. After 3 years of hard work, Renee’s passion and dedication was rewarded with a promotion, making her the company’s Purchasing Manager. During these five years at CCM, Renee obtained her Associates of Arts degree and currently attends Roosevelt University. She will receive her Bachelors degree by the end of 2007 with her major focused on Business Management and a minor in Psychology. Renee will continue her education and earn her Masters degree to further support CCM in their quest for growth.

— Eugen Nasui, Maintenance Manager
Eugen Nasui came to CCM in 1997 as a Maintenance Manager and contributed to improving production efficiencies and quality by maintaining and improving the equipment.
Eugen is currently a dedicated member of the Safety Team, head of the 5 S implementation team and maintaining the PM program.
Prior to CCM, Eugen was employed as Assistant Maintenance Manager in various manufacturing plants and contributed to manufacturing and assembly efficiency improvements.
Eugen attended the University of Illinois and Coyne American Institute where he received a diploma in Industrial Electrical for machine troubleshooting and PLC (programmable Logic Controller) programming.
